Excellent option near Udupi Reviewed by yogeeta, 2008-01-08 Let me provide some details: 1. This should be under Udupi listing and not in chikmagalur 2. You cannot walk into this place and checkin. You need to contact the forest dept atleast two weeks in advance. If you are in Bangalore a trip to Aranya Bhavan in Malleswaram might be needed 3. Best way to reach the place is to take a cab from Udupi. Taxi drivers will fleece you unless you are careful 4. Do not expect some great resort. It is a minimalistic resort designed to help people enjoy nature. If you are looking for hedonistic pleasures, then this is not for you
