The prices are not in relation with the service: No fresh towels, no room cleaning, Internet works off and on. The most horrible breakfast you can imagine. No toilet paper. If you want to complain: Mr. Khalid TANVIR just refuses even to talk to you. Last time I stayed there: no AC, no telephone ... still no reduction of the overcharged prices. A little bit more expensive, but absolutely worth it, is "Oakwood residence".

Just stay away from Sunderban, they take you to the cleaners!!! They have no idea what their guests expect. They just see you as a money- machine...
