It is near the bus stop and any autorickshaw will take you there. We took an auto thru pre paid counter from Mysore KSRTC bus stop.There are two dasaprakash in mysore and you have to tell the driver as well as the pre paid counter attendant that you want to go to one at Gandhi Square.

Location of this hotel is excellent as it is close to the city and the palaces. Rooms are just about average but I guess for the tariff they charge it is a decent bargain. This is an old hotel and the buildings are not all new and shining but have an old world charm. The building also looks ancient but the room we checked in was pretty comfortable. But one of another guest who came from Bombay was complaining about his room not being good and bathrooms not being very clean.

Speaking about my experience, service standards are not excellent. The highlight of the hotel is the restaurant where they serve good south Indian food.
