This feedback is regarding Hotel Luciya International situated on #1771, Old Bank Road, Mysore. I had booked a room for the 2nd of October 2008 for 2 days. Had a very bad experience. The lift and A/c was not working at night and the restaurant is under renovation.Called the reception repeatedly but there was no one to answer the phone. Went to the reception and found that there was no one around.

When this was reported the next morning to the person in charge, he refused to accept the above stated facts, and extremely discourteous. Forced to cut short my stay at the hotel by one day because of this.

Definitely would not recommend Luciya International to anyone.
