This hotel seems to have lost its plot - It has good views, it is part of the time share holiday network. you will expect to see well maintained rooms. Reality is that the rooms are badly maintained. Just next door is club mahindra and sterling needs to leran a thing or two about maintenence from club mahindra.

Room service is okay. Location is good. But for cost less than Sterling you will find better resorts at Munnar. Some resorts have been demolished recently but many are still open and they are better than sterling
