Goa Arambol Beach

Arambol retains charm of Goa of olden days and remains popular with long staying back packers. Arambol boasts of two beaches - Harmal beach and Kalacha beach . Harmal beach is close to Arambol village, while Kalacha beach is further north. Kalacha beach is a bit rocky but isolated and picturesque.

Arambol's signature beach is the Paliem Beach famous for the fresh water spring and lake that is just 200m away from the sea near Waghcolomb hill

Other interesting sights include he famous Arambol Banyan Tree with Shiv-ling temple. Adjoining the Arambol banyan tree is the famous sculpture "Give if you can - Take if you have to" created by land art artist Jacek Tylicki .

Arambol Accommodation

Accommodation at Arambol are basic, family run and targeted at backpackers. None of the hotels take any advance bookings. To make a tentative reservation, just call and inform the hotel. Most of the Arambol beach huts and hotels close during Monsoons
