Very bad room service, rooms and toilets were not cleaned and even after asking room service, they said lies that the sameis cleaned. In restaurant though soups were available but since it was dinner time they were not ready to prepare soup and give. On check out we required someone to take our heavy luggage till our car even after waiting for 10 mins. no one bothered to come.

I was planning to go to shirdi and one of my friend told me that you should stay at MTDC's Hotel Pilgrim's Inn. When he advised me i thought that it is an Government one and the services and the condition of the rooms there would be pathetic but actually when i entered the Hotel, it was not less then a 3 Star or a 5 Star one, the rooms, the service everthing was excellent. In short Excellant..........
