I stayed at their honeymoon suite - not very expensive at Rs.1,200. Rooms was decently furnished and I found their blue illumination a bit jarring. The bell boy assured me that this was a big hit with tourists. So maybe my taste is a different. bathrooms were clean and that is important as far as my priorities go.

I felt the blankets they gave were not clean. Luckily, my wife had got blankets from home as we were coming to Kodai - I did not make much of an issue on that front.Maybe it is too much to expect the Hotel to drywash blankets often. So be resourceful and get one from home.

Restaurant serves good Non veg food a bit rustic but tasty.I liked the fare served at Meenakshi Bhavan (not part of this hotel). I have a lingering feeling that I got conned for the cab service that I booked. So, check with some drivers before booking one and if you do not know Tamil (I do know)- then go by the one suggested by the hotel.

Room service was good. All in all good budget hotel at Kodai with amenities that are better than that offered by most hotel at that price point.
