Harihareshwar boasts one of the cleanest unspoilt beach in Konkan and an ancient Harihareshwar temple. Harihareshwar offers what one would look for in a beach – Lovely palm fringed beach that is shaped like a bay, cool turquoise green unpolluted waters. Ancient temple complex is also interesting and Pradakshina round the temple is highly recommended. There is a nice walkway built by the temple management. As you complete the Pradakishna, you get to see some of the most amazing views of the sea.
Closer to Harihareshwar are Shrivardhan (Beach) and Divegar (Golden idol of Ganesha and excellent uncrowded beach).
